The location of this hostel was ideal, providing gorgeous views over the river and a convenient seating area to relax. The dorms had air conditioning, which was a great relief in the hot weather. Additionally, the hostel made efforts to be eco-friendly, which was a nice touch.
We had some issues during our stay. The hostel was completely shut when we arrived in the mid afternoon, causing inconvenience and confusion.

We stayed at Over The Moon for one night before our slow boat journey and it was perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like a phone basket. Each dorm had its own bathroom, and there were extra showers/toilets outside too. The rooftop area was great for socializing, and there was free drinking water downstairs. The woman at the front desk was incredibly helpful with all our questions about border crossings and more. Highly recommended!
